She had previously been an associate with the firm from 1989-1995. Her practice includes general litigation, toxic torts, estates and trusts and coverage opinions. Prior to joining RSRM in 2005, Ms. Wilford spent six years with the State of Maryland Attorney General’s office, advising the Maryland Department of the Environment on issues of oil pollution, hazardous waste, clean up, and enforcement actions. She also served as a Staff Attorney in the Judge Advocate General’s Office, National Guard Bureau, advising the Department of Defense on environmental issues. |
