His practice includes insurance defense, and multi-party litigation of construction, transportation and commercial matters. Prior to joining RSR&M, Mr. Whitehead served as a Summer Intern in the Office of Presidential Inquiry during the presidency of Ronald W. Reagan. He also was an associate with the law firms of Smith Somerville & Case, and the Law Offices of Mark T. Mixter. Most recently, he ran The Law office of Donald W. Whitehead, Jr. Mr. Whitehead is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Inc. He is also a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, where he served as a member of the Bridge The Gap committee in 1990. Mr. Whitehead enjoys coaching and watching his children play sports, including soccer, basketball, wrestling and softball. Mr. Whitehead is active with the Lady Orioles fastpitch softball organization.
