His practice includes litigating large loss liability cases in the areas of general liability, toxic tort, transportation and motor torts. He also serves as the firm's Managing Partner, overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the firm's business. Prior to joining RSR&M, Mr. O'Meara served as an Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, and earned an M.B.A. from Loyola College. Mr. O'Meara is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Carroll County Bar Association, the Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc., and the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA).
