His practice consists primarily of litigating toxic tort cases, as well as general negligence cases, workers’ compensation matters, and contractual disputes. Prior to joining RSR&M, Mr. Nichols was an associate with Samek, McMillan, & Metro, P.C. (now McMillan Metro, P.C.), in Rockville, Maryland, where he was an associate in the firm’s commercial litigation department. Mr. Nichols also worked in-house as staff counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where his practice consisted of litigating general negligence cases and workers’ compensation matters. Immediately upon graduating law school, Mr. Nichols clerked for the Honorable William O. Carr, Circuit Court for Harford County. Mr. Nichols is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, Inc., the Bar Association of Frederick County, the Bar Association of Baltimore City, and the District of Columbia Bar. Mr. Nichols enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. |
