L.L.C. as an associate in 1990, and became a partner in 1998. His practice includes litigation in the areas of workers' compensation, general and professional liability, toxic torts and transportation. Mr. Donoghue is a member of the American Bar Association and its Tort and Insurance Practice Section, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Baltimore City and the Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc. He is also a member of the Baltimore Claims Association, Inc. the Maryland Motor Truck Association, and and the Maryland Self-Insurers' and Employers' Compensation Association. Active in the Workers' Compensation arena, he is a member of the Maryland Self–Insurers' and Employers' Compensation Association, and regularly attends the Maryland Workers' Compensation Educational Association, Inc.'s annual conference. Mr. Donoghue is active in his community, church, and scouts. He is President of the Gun Road Historical and Protective Association. He enjoys sports, particularly running and skiing.
