His practice areas include motor tort, premises liability, and insurance defense litigation. Prior to joining RSR&M, Mr. Buck served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mickey J. Norman in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Mr. Buck is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, Inc., the Baltimore County Bar Association and the Baltimore City Bar Association. Mr. Buck is an avid sports fan, and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, fishing and shooting. Most of all, Mr. Buck enjoys spending time with his wife and their yellow Labrador Retriever.
